Qualifications

• 5-7 years of professional experience with an advanced degree or 7-9 years of related experience.
• Experience in grantmaking or foundations/corporate giving is critical.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 projects within a large client portfolio, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating teams.
• Develop and refine grantmaking tools and participate in grantmaking decision processes.
• Design and implement programs with data collection, analysis, and client-ready presentations.
