Job summary

Santa Fe Animal Shelter and Humane Society seeks a Philanthropy Specialist to manage the Development department’s Raisers Edge NXT donor database from a home office with equipment provided. You will ensure accurate reporting, coordinate donor cultivation and stewardship, and prepare grants-related correspondence and reports.

Requires at least 2 years nonprofit donor database experience and familiarity with Raiser's Edge NXT.

Job description

Santa Fe Animal Shelter's Philanthropy Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Development department’s online fundraising database (Raisers Edge NXT) as well as the electronic files related to all gifts solicited and received. The Philanthropy Specialist ensures accurate and timely reporting and correspondence for grants and donor cultivation and stewardship. This is a fully remote position that must be done from a home office (equipment provided).
