• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related experience.
• Experience managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience developing, managing, and implementing multiple projects and strategic goals.
• Experience working across complex organizations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead principal and major gifts fundraising support and donor portfolio management.
• Direct accurate and timely gift processing and fundraising reporting.
• Oversee donor/prospect pipeline development and activity accountability.
• Coordinate events, budgets, and fundraising trips to support the Florida fundraising strategy.
• Produce reports for senior leadership on fundraising results and campaign progress.
• Oversee a comprehensive campaign and alignment with program priorities.
