Job description

Capital Camps & Retreat Center (CCRC) is seeking a detail-oriented, systems-minded Philanthropy Operations Associate to help power the fundraising work that makes transformative Jewish camp and retreat experiences possible. In this role, you will support the systems, campaigns, donor communications, and day-to-day operations that help CCRC grow philanthropic support and expand access to camp.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to build practical experience in fundraising operations, donor relations, nonprofit data management, campaign execution, and project coordination while contributing to a mission-driven organization. If you notice the details, enjoy working with data and systems, can keep multiple projects moving, and want your work to support a mission that matters, we would love to meet you.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
