Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for a Philanthropy Operations Associate in Oakland, CA is $69,000-$83,000/year, depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $72,500 - $75,999/year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for growth.
