What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact directly with clients, caregivers, and patients to manage client-related matters such as staffing scenarios and attendance issues
- Implement schedule changes to ensure optimal patient and caregiver coverage
- Utilize technology to assign clients to the appropriate clinicians
- Track ongoing cases and communication using a ZenDesk ticketing system
- Leverage multiple software systems, including Google Workspace and proprietary systems, to provide excellent service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client-related issues
- Proficiency in using technology and multiple software systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using ZenDesk or similar ticketing systems
- Familiarity with healthcare scheduling or staffing processes
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team setting
