Job summary

Coaching4Change is seeking a hands-on Philanthropy Officer to lead local fundraising and manage a donor portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you will secure gifts, strengthen donor relationships, and develop campaigns, sponsorships, and events across local and organization-wide programs.

The role requires building sponsorships, coordinating foundation proposals, and driving donor engagement with a focus on renewals and growth. Hybrid work options and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in nonprofit development and donor relationship management.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.

Responsibilities

• Build corporate sponsorships, individual giving, and grant support across the region.
• Develop sponsorship offers and cultivate donors; coordinate joint asks and grant opportunities.
• Manage relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations; renew and grow gifts.
