Job summary

Acres of Diamonds is seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising, donor relations and community engagement efforts. Reporting to the COO and collaborating with the CEO, the CDO will shape the organization’s philanthropic trajectory during a pivotal three-year strategic plan.

The CDO will supervise a team of three development professionals and the Sr. Manager of Operations & Projects, while maintaining a personal portfolio of major donors and guiding campaigns and development strategy.

• Lead fundraising, donor relations, capital campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
• Manage a team of three revenue-generating development professionals and the Sr. Manager of Operations & Projects.
• Personally manage a select portfolio of top donors.
