The Worker in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Chief Development Officer to lead fundraising efforts in alignment with the CEO's strategy and the organization's mission. The CDO will develop and execute programs to grow donor support and ensure sustainable funding.

The role requires researching prospects, cultivating donors, preparing proposals, managing donor records, and coordinating events, with strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in fundraising, marketing, communications, philanthropy, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fundraising and development.
