• 5 to 7 years in event planning and management, philanthropy experience preferred.

• California driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage a portfolio of signature fundraising and donor engagement events.
• Lead all aspects of event planning, including budgets, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
• Develop engaging program content with faculty and leadership.
• Oversee vendor contracts, registrations, VIPs, and guest communications.
• Track performance metrics and prepare post-event analyses.
