Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years progressive fundraising experience.
• Proven track record securing major gifts.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Lead philanthropy strategy for Acadia Hospital and Home Care & Hospice.
• Engage executive leaders, clinicians, and volunteers in donor strategy.
• Coach and mentor philanthropy staff to meet fundraising goals.
• Develop annual and multi-year fundraising plans with clear goals.
• Manage portfolio of principal, major, and planned gifts.
• Collaborate with leadership to advance principal and major gift strategies.
• Represent NLH externally to donors and community leaders.
• Oversee a portfolio of 125–150 donors toward solicitation and stewardship.
• Achieve measurable fundraising results against set metrics.
