The Nature Conservancy’s New Jersey Chapter seeks a Development Program Coordinator to join a mission-driven philanthropy team. You will provide research, prospect tracking, and administrative support to identify potential donors and manage stewardship activities.

You will analyze donor data in Excel and Blackbaud CRM, help coordinate field trips and gatherings, and collaborate across teams to advance fundraising programs that protect lands and waters.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years’ experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience building relationships with staff, customers or similar.
• Experience generating reports and interpreting data.
• Experience with databases and spreadsheet software.
• Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Experience working across teams.
• Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resources such as research, prospect tracking, and general administrative support to the philanthropy team.
• Assist in identification of donor prospects for The Nature Conservancy’s New Jersey Chapter and conduct donor research.
• Analyze data, identify trends in giving, and explore opportunities for engaging new individuals and audiences.
• Coordinate stewardship efforts, including program updates, field trips, and special gatherings for prospects, with administrative support as needed.
