Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Philanthropy Associate, Prospect Development Reporting and Analytics, to support data-driven fundraising initiatives within the NMHC system. This role partners with NMF managers, directors and other team members to design reports, perform data analysis, and translate insights into actionable fundraising strategies across multiple campaigns.

Strong SQL, Power BI skills, attention to data quality, and ability to manage multiple projects are essential for success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in fundraising, community outreach, healthcare or development role, preferably non-profit.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate philanthropy projects supporting fundraising programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with donors, prospects, volunteers and team members.
• Create effective reports and dashboards to inform strategy and decision making.
