A leading foundation seeks an Associate for its Philanthropic Services Team. This role involves client service support, grant proposal management, and contribution recording. The Philanthropic Services Team supports daily operations and provides rapid response services to Foundation clients. Reporting to the Director, Philanthropic Services, the Associate will support activities related to C3 and C4 funds, including proposal and reporting processes, contribution management, and serve as a communication point with donors, funders, and fund managers.
This role requires excellent customer service skills and understanding of Foundation operations, acting as a key contact for fund managers, donors, and grantees.
Starting salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience. The role is remote but requires domestic travel. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401k match, PTO, professional development funds, and a remote work stipend.
