Job Overview

The Philanthropic Services Team supports daily operations and provides rapid response services to Foundation clients. Reporting to the Director, Philanthropic Services, the Associate will support activities related to C3 and C4 funds, including proposal and reporting processes, contribution management, and serve as a communication point with donors, funders, and fund managers.

This role requires excellent customer service skills and understanding of Foundation operations, acting as a key contact for fund managers, donors, and grantees.

Responsibilities

• Client Service Support and Inquiry Management: Respond to inquiries about contributions, reporting, and ACH info; support administrative requests and team shared inboxes.
• Grant Proposals + Reports: Access funder portals, download and convert proposal/report documents, review submissions, update internal trackers, and file grant materials.
• Incoming Grants and Contributions: Receive and record checks/electronic contributions, troubleshoot attribution issues, maintain records for audits, and review tax letters for mailing.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Starting salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience. The role is remote but requires domestic travel. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401k match, PTO, professional development funds, and a remote work stipend.
