A leading organization in social change philanthropy is seeking an Associate for the Philanthropic Services Team. This role involves client service support, managing grant proposals, and ensuring smooth operations for foundation clients. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a commitment to the foundation's mission.

The Philanthropic Services Team supports day-to-day operations and provides rapid response services to our Foundation clients. Reporting to the Director, Philanthropic Services, the Associate will support activities related to C3 and C4 funds, including proposal and reporting processes, contribution management, and client inquiries. The role requires excellent customer service skills and understanding of our operational procedures, serving as a key communication point with fund managers, donors, and grantees.
The starting salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience. This is a remote position requiring occasional domestic travel, including retreats. Benefits include employer-paid health insurance, 401k match, PTO, professional development funds, and a remote work stipend.
