Job description

The Philanthropic Operations Specialist is responsible for providing responsive project management and customer service support to donors and funders across the Foundation. The Philanthropic Operations Specialist coordinates across multiple teams including Grants Management, Finance, Philanthropy and Programs to ensure high-quality project management and customer service is met to external constituents. The Philanthropic Operations Specialist provides administrative and project management support to internal staff to support their engagement, cultivation, and stewardship of key constituents. This position requires an individual who can prioritize and multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer service among donors, advisors, prospects and grantees.
