Familiarity with Washtenaw County issues, nonprofits, donors, and communities is preferred. Technologically savvy with advanced computer skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), database programs, Internet and various cloud-based systems.

Other Requirements: Proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations and demonstrated commitment to promote and enhance diversity, equity and inclusion.
