Job summary

Armstrong Teasdale LLP is seeking an experienced associate to join the Philadelphia Office with general, commercial, and appellate litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of general commercial litigation experience and the ability to handle matters from inception to conclusion.

The role requires experience across all phases of litigation, including appeals, and a strong track record in writing, research, and oral advocacy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with all phases of litigation, including appeals.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania; NY or NJ a plus.
• Strong writing, research and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a large team.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-level and strategic aspects of multiple matters from inception to conclusion.
• Communicate clearly with attorneys and clients and meet deadlines.
• Work independently and drive matters to resolution.
• Bill hours accurately to ensure excellent client services.
• Assist in business development and uphold high ethical standards.
