• Experience driving general commercial litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
• Experience across all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings and trial, and appeals.
• Courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts, including appeals.
• Ability to manage matters and indirectly supervise support staff or junior associates to ensure client satisfaction.
• Experience in business development and generating business through group and individual efforts.
