Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to increase independence and daily living skills.
• Meet waiver participants regularly at residence, community, or office.
• Collaborate with the case manager to develop personalized programs.
