Job summary

CAE SIMCOM is seeking an experienced Instructor Pilot in Orlando to deliver ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, or specialty courses. You will lead sessions, perform evaluations, and ensure alignment with CAE SIMCOM standards and safety policies.

The role requires 3,000 total flight hours, an ATP and PIC rating, and excellent English communication skills. Occasional travel may be required, with a focus on safety and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state-issued equivalent.
• Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.
• Unrestricted ATP certificate and one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Excellent fluency in English; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and simulator training per CAE SIMCOM standards.
• Lead Initial, Recurrent, and specialty courses.
• Evaluate pilot performance impartially.
• Conduct simulator and ground training for customers.
• Maintain training records and documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with training center management; travel as needed.
