Job summary

CAE is seeking an experienced BE-400 Instructor Pilot to deliver world-class simulator and ground school instruction. You will guide clients through CAE-approved curricula, ensuring regulatory compliance and outstanding customer service. This role may involve international travel and future advancement to evaluator responsibilities.

Requirements include 3,000+ flight hours, ATP and PIC ratings, and English fluency. This is a full-time, on-site position in Orlando, FL, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3,000+ hours of total flight time.
• 2–5 years of job-relevant experience.
• Must be authorized to live/work in the United States.
• Hold an unrestricted ATP certificate and one unrestricted PIC type rating.
• Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training per CAE curriculum and regulatory standards.
• Serve as SME guiding clients through training phases.
• Provide simulator, flight, and classroom instruction for licenses, ratings, and certificates.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Maintain training records and recommend remedial training as needed.
• Support curriculum development as an SME when required.
• Possibly qualify as Training Center Evaluator after 1.5+ years.
