Job summary

CAE/SIMCOM seeks an experienced Instructor Pilot to deliver ground school and simulator training across Initial, Recurrent, or specialty courses. You will develop tailored lesson plans, set up training sessions, and maintain publications to ensure pilots meet CAE standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, professional instruction, and adherence to safety policies, with occasional travel as required to support customers and CAE centers.

Qualifications

• 3,000 total flight hours requirement.
• Unrestricted ATP certificate and PIC rating.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
• English fluency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized training in classroom and/or simulator.
• Conduct Initial and Recurrent Training sessions.
• Perform Captain Upgrades and PIC/SIC evaluations.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Support customers and coordinate with training center staff.
