Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a PhD Scientist to join our Fabric Care global platform at the Ivorydale Innovation Center. You will develop a pipeline of new technologies and materials for fabric enhancers, evaluating promising candidates and guiding projects toward commercialization.

You will interact with scientific experts, modelers, and process engineers to create cost-effective solutions, protect intellectual property, and address unmet consumer needs with robust technical programs.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry or in final 9 months of PhD completion.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong independent problem-solving and quick learning.
• Strong communication skills and high quality standards.
• On-site availability at Ivorydale 4–5 days per week.
