Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day applied research including materials testing and data trend analysis.
• Perform preventative maintenance of the materials development lab and modify equipment/software for new tests.
• Conduct research on new materials and their potential applications.
• Collaborate with product development teams to understand requirements.
• Identify materials that can enhance product performance and sustainability.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and procedures within guidance.
• Work with external material suppliers to maintain quality and complete quarterly testing.
