Qualifications

• Pursuing a PhD in a quantitative field (CS/Robotics/ML).
• Depth in AI model post-training, especially RL.
• Familiarity with RL training frameworks and AI modeling basics.

Responsibilities

• Literature research on SOTA in RSI, autonomous driving foundational models and world action models.
• Design data and post-training recipe to RL the driver with critic and world models in a closed loop.
• Code and implement the RSI system.
• Analyze training results and ablation studies to refine the algorithm.
