3M is seeking a PhD Research & Development Intern to start in Summer 2027, based on-site at Maplewood, MN or Austin, TX. The internship runs 10–12 weeks with housing and transportation stipends per policy, offering opportunities to collaborate globally and develop technologies across corporate and product engineering domains.
