What We’re Looking For

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Educated at a top-tier university (Oxford, Cambridge, MIT, Stanford, ETH, etc.)

Deep expertise in:

• Machine learning model development (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
• Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX)
• Advanced NLP, generative models, and time-series forecasting
• Bayesian statistics, probabilistic programming, and causal inference
• Optimization techniques and scalable algorithms
• Strong coding and software engineering skills (Python, C++, CUDA) for building production-grade ML systems
• Experience with distributed computing, cloud platforms, and big data pipelines
• Ability to work in fast-paced, research-driven environments with high autonomy
• Intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and a drive to build cutting-edge AI solutions for finance
