Qualifications

  • Pursuing a PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, EE, ME, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM field.
  • 3+ months hands-on research, lab work, internships, or industry experience.
  • Fundamental understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and process engineering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support development, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes for semiconductor production modules.
  • Troubleshoot, sustain, and qualify manufacturing equipment to improve performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process control methodologies.
  • Analyze process and equipment data to identify improvements and drive manufacturing excellence.
  • Execute projects focused on equipment performance, process optimization, and yield enhancement.
  • Apply engineering and research methods to solve manufacturing challenges and develop solutions.
  • Contribute to safety, quality, productivity, and operational effectiveness initiatives.
