Qualifications

• Enrolled as a PhD student in engineering.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Irvine, CA.
• Proficient with FEM tools (COMSOL).
• Experience with MATLAB and/or Python for scientific computing.
• Data processing/validation for analysis.
• Knowledge of statistics, ML, optimization.
• Basic knowledge of solid mechanics; BAW/RFMEMS exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct FEM and circuit models with device modeling and circuit design engineers.
• Analyze on-wafer device statistics.
• Propose design improvements for state-of-the-art BAW devices based on physics-based and data-driven models.
