Job summary

Skyworks is seeking a Summer/Fall Co-Op internship in Irvine, CA to contribute to piezoelectric BAW device modeling, characterization, and EDA support. You will collaborate across modeling, process, testing and layout engineers in a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a PhD in engineering.
• Availability to work full-time and on-site in Irvine, CA.

Responsibilities

• Construct FEM and circuit models with engineers.
• Analyze on-wafer device statistics of key parameters.
• Propose design improvements for state-of-the-art BAW devices using physics-based and data-driven models.
