You will conduct cutting-edge seeker and sensor research, design, and analysis to support next-generation autonomous systems and weapons for national defense.

Qualifications

  • Have a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
  • Demonstrated research and internships in RF, EO/IR or related fields.
  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance and ultimately a Secret clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cutting edge seeker and sensor research, modeling, simulation and analysis.
  • Develop simulate/predict seeker and sensor performance in complex environments.
  • Lab test seeker and sensor hardware and software.
  • Mentor and train by senior subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with engineers and government sponsors in multidisciplinary studies.
  • Pursue continuing education through courses and degree programs.
