Job summary

Arizona Liver Health in Chandler, AZ seeks a Phase 1 Research Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with GI/hepatology and clinical research experience. You will lead patient evaluations, oversight of care in trials, and collaboration with physicians.

Strong documentation and protocol understanding are essential, with bilingual Spanish preferred. The role offers full-time employment with four 10-hour shifts, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Must have previous experience in clinical research with a high level of understanding of research processes and protocols.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and clinical documentation systems.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations, consults, and pretreatment reviews for standard of care and research patients.
Educate patients on therapeutic options through liver clinical trials onsite.
Conduct specialized procedures and collaborate with MDs on diagnoses.
Counsel patients and families and coordinate with physicians for care within APP/NP scope.
Oversee patient care in trials and perform safety reviews.
Coordinate with CRAs and recruiters to complete visits and document sources.
Review study documentation, charting, and informed consent.
