Job summary

Fortrea in Madison, WI is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to interact directly with healthy volunteer participants while learning to read protocols and support fast-paced, team-oriented studies.

You will oversee operational conduct of assigned studies, coordinate visits, monitor participant safety, manage study documents, and collaborate with Project Managers, Investigators, and staff to ensure compliance and timely completion in Phase 1 trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in life sciences or related field.
• Certification in allied health is a plus.
• Experience in clinical research environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational conduct of assigned studies.
• Coordinate participant visits and safety monitoring.
• Maintain study documents and eTMF-related tasks.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, PI, and staff to ensure timelines.
