Fortrea in Madison, WI seeks a Study Coordinator II to support healthy volunteers and learn protocol reads in a fast-paced team environment. You will handle practical, administrative tasks for trials and back up senior coordinators as needed within a busy clinical research unit.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
• Experience in clinical research environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with study protocols and regulatory requirements beneficial.
• Proficiency in essential software (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative support for clinical trials.
• Assist the senior study team and back-up the Clinical Research Coordinator as needed.
• Create source documents, study labels and instructions.
• Coordinate study schedules, orders, and investigations with vendors.
• Maintain study documentation and ensure participant safety and data integrity.
• Attend required meetings and support SOP deviations documentation.
• Train less experienced staff and ensure timely query resolution.
