You will handle reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps while maintaining HIPAA standards and upholding state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current national/state registration, certification, or licensure.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring pharmacist's professional judgement.
• Provide stellar customer experience during reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Support coaching of clerks/technicians.
• Compound medications per state regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription information.
• Support non-dispensing services via platforms and apps.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings per state and company policies.
• Provide health and wellness services allowed by regulators.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report illegal activity.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
