Job summary

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
• Comply with and reinforce all food safety, sanitation and safety regulations and programs.
• Understand and perform ordering functions with primary and secondary wholesalers.
• Follow company guidelines on inventory management, ordering of medications, devices, and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and customer waiting areas.
• Count, measure and prepare specified products according to best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure value to customer and company.
• Answer phone, triage calls, and respond to inquiries as appropriate.
• Follow cashier policies to prevent loss including EFTs, cash and checks.
• Provide stellar customer experience while performing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities that do not require professional judgment.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Handle Central Fill deliveries and legend orders.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and resolve conflicts calmly.
