Job Title: Pharmacy Weigher

The Pharmacy Weigher is responsible for weighing components in the pharmacy area in preparation for blending or manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Accurately dispense all raw materials as per batch record.
2. Record weight information on batch records.
3. Review and follow the batch records with 100% accuracy.
4. Clean and organize the pharmacy room to be ready for production.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and check the calibration status of all scales and balances.
6. Clean the pharmacy rooms.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Must comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed during GMP and on-the-job training.
2. High school diploma or G.E.D.
3. At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment with raw material weighing.
4. Ability to use a calculator and other measurement instruments.
5. Basic computer skills are a plus.
6. Must be able to read/write English.
7. Ability to work autonomously and utilize available resources to complete tasks timely.

Physical Requirements:

1. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
2. Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
3. Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
