Qualifications

• Completion of a nine‑month Pharmacy Technician Program or equivalent education.
• Registration with the NC Board of Pharmacy unless enrolled in PharmD.
• CPhT from PTCB or ExCPT from NHA unless enrolled in PharmD.

• Assemble medication histories from various sources.
• Communicate patient feedback to the service team.
• Manage and deliver self-care items to patients.
