Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy Technician Training and Development to design and implement technician training programs across the system’s pharmacy operations. The role focuses on ensuring consistency and driving high performance in all training initiatives.

The position requires a strong background in pharmacy operations, certification as a Pharmacy Technician (or active intern status with P4), and several years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 5 years of relevant experience in pharmacy or training roles.
• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Certified Technician License OR Intern License with P4 status in schooling.
• Active Michigan Board of Pharmacy Technician License OR Michigan Intern license with P4 status in schooling.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or ExCPT) or intern license.

Responsibilities
