Job summary

Specialty Rx in Columbus, OH is seeking a detail‑oriented Registered Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists and supervisors with day‑to‑day pharmacy operations.

Under supervision you will train new technicians, monitor performance across shifts, and ensure accurate brand name and generic medication handling, while maintaining high attendance and teamwork.

The position requires OH licensure, prior pharmacy experience, LTC familiarity a plus, and flexibility for extended or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• MUST BE a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of OH.
• Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields.
• LTC pharmacy experience a plus.
• Brand Name / Generic Medication Knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience resolving issues that do not have clear answers.
• Highly motivated and possessed excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.
• High sense of urgency and accountability.
• Adaptable, friendly, and ability to work with a team.
• Excellent attendance.

Position Summary

Shift

• 1st (9am-5:30pm).
• Must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends.
