Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working toward licensed technician certification through a national program.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service with a smile.
• Handle inquiries that do not require a pharmacist's judgment.
• Accept new prescriptions and renewals per supervising pharmacist.
• Assist in processing prescriptions and insurance billing.
• Prepare labels and assist in dispensing medications.
• Maintain patient information and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Stock supplies and assist with store operations as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe pharmacy and assist in vaccinations where allowed.
