Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Working toward licensed technician certification through a national program.
• Vaccination certification required if administering vaccines.
• Previous experience as a pharmacy clerk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and insurance billing.
• Handle inventory, stock supplies, and log invoices.
• Prepare and label prescriptions and maintain patient information.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data per HIPAA.
