Keystone Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join Keystone Pharmacy. This full-time, 40-hours-per-week position supports pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate pharmacy services and excellent customer care to patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role involves processing prescriptions, handling insurance claims, stocking medications, and providing outstanding patient assistance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; PA registered technicians are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
• PA Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred; Trainees will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions by entering prescription information, counting medications, labeling containers, and preparing prescriptions for pickup.
• Receive written, electronic, and refill prescription requests while maintaining accurate patient and prescription records.
• Process insurance claims, verify payments, and operate the cash register.
• Order, receive, stock, and maintain pharmacy medications, supplies, and over-the-counter products.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, assisting patients with over-the-counter products, and directing clinical questions to the pharmacist.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
