Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Promote Thrifty White programs (Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, HealthyPackRx) and assist enrollment.
• Maintain accurate prescription information and records.
• Understand Medicare Part B requirements and assist with Part D questions.
• Troubleshoot rejected claims or billing issues.
• Be flexible with changing roles and assist store locations as needed.
• Maintain proper nursing home filling procedures and perform duties with reliability.
