Thrifty White Pharmacy in Fargo, ND, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician-in-Training to join #052 Fargo, North Dakota. Completion of the training program (ASHP/ACPE Accredited) is required, along with ND registration, licensing and certification.

Qualifications

• Completion of Thrifty White Pharmacy Training Program (ASHP/ACPE Accredited) required.
• Registration, licensing, and certification per North Dakota Board of Pharmacy.
• Willing to commit to completing the program within the provided timeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Assist with enrolling patients in Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx.
• Maintain accurate prescription records and assist with Medicare Part B requirements.
• Troubleshoot rejected claims or billing issues and answer Medicare Part D questions.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and pharmacy workflows as needed.
• Support store operations and be flexible with role changes.
