Become a Rite Aid Pharmacy Technician today! As a Pharmacy Technician in Training, you receive free training through our exclusive Rite Aid Pharmacy Technician Training & Certification Program. Your goal is to successfully complete the program and continue working as a Rite Aid Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities include:

• Entering prescription information, including patient and prescriber searches, drug selection, prescription interpretation, insurance billing, and documentation.
• Processing new and refill prescriptions, including refill authorizations from doctors.
• Retrieving medication from inventory and creating prescription labels.
• Placing medication into containers and completing related paperwork.
• Maintaining the pharmacy environment and assisting with inventory management.
• Administering Rite Aid programs such as FlavoRx and Living More.

Work hours include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and some holidays, reflecting the need to care for patients around the clock. Our team-oriented environment fosters flexibility and support among colleagues.

Qualifications: H.S. Diploma or GED required.
