Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, FL is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician supervisor to oversee technician personnel and pharmacy systems. The role supports daily operations, drives regulatory compliance, and mentors staff.

A sign-on bonus of up to $5K may be offered based on qualifications. Ideal candidates will have inpatient experience, CPHT certification, and a Florida registered technician license, with a track record in supervision and process improvement within a pharmacy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• CPHT certification and Florida RPT license required.
• Minimum five years as a Pharmacy Technician with 1–3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains Pharmacy Technicians to support operations.
• Audit and manage day-to-day pharmacy processes for compliance.
• Provide end-of-month operational metric summaries to leadership.
• Lead recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations for technicians.
• Support department budgeting and cost-reduction initiatives.
