Clearway Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to join our patient-focused specialty pharmacy team in the United States. You will support medication preparation, inventory control, and compliance while delivering exceptional customer service to patients and providers.

You will work under supervision with our Manager and Pharmacist, leveraging technology and strict regulatory standards to ensure accurate, secure medication handling and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of direct pharmacy-related experience required.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the respective state of applicant required.
• Active National Certification verified by PTCB or ExCPT is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide the highest level of customer service, answering calls and greeting patients in person.
• Assist with medication preparation, ensuring accuracy and readiness for use.
• Prepare products for use, including packaging, repacking, compounding, barcoding, or other necessary manipulation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and client policies; participate in double-check system.
• Deliver products to patient care areas while maintaining integrity, security, and confidentiality.
• Operate and stay proficient with technology such as automated dispensing machines, robotics, barcoding systems, and pharmacy software.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and accreditation standards.
• Stay updated on department and organizational policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory control: receiving, stocking, and replenishment.
• Receive products from wholesalers and direct shipments and stock per storage requirements and policies.
• Check products for use-by dates and suitability for use per leadership processes.
• Monitor and replenish stock, communicating ordering needs to Pharmacists and purchasers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area.
• Participate in performance or quality improvement initiatives and project execution.
