• Identifies quality improvement opportunities to ensure safe, effective and efficient patient care
• Participates in site or system work teams, committees, and councils as applicable
• Complies with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards

• Maintains updated knowledge and contributes to education of others
• Contributes to execution of pharmacy department initiatives
